As soon as a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. With the tracking number in it you can track the shipment progress at any time . If your order is received before 12:00 p.m., it will be shipped the same day. We ship from Monday to Friday.

Germany: €3.95 ( free shipping for orders over €50 )
Europe: €9.95
Rest of the world: from €14.95
Shipping time
Germany: 1-3 working days (DHL package)
Europe: 2-8 working days (German Post)
Rest of the world: 4-12 working days (German Post)
Return shipping
Return shipping within Germany is always free of charge, you can do this using the enclosed Use return labels.
For returns from other countries, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
