Returns throughout Germany

Return shipping within Germany is free of charge for you.

You can return unworn items within 30 days.

With the return label in the package, your return will always go to the correct address.

Credit will be issued within 3 business days after we receive your package.

1. Pack the item and attach the return label to the package

Place the items in the package and stick the enclosed return label on the outside of the package. The return shipping is free of charge for you and goes to the right recipient.

2. Place a return

You can drop off the package at DHL parcel shops and packing stations. Please keep the issued return receipt until we confirm your return. Find return locations near you.

3. Get a refund

If you see in the tracking that we have received your return, please allow up to 3 business days for us to inspect and credit it.

How do I get a new return label?

To which address do I return my package?

You do not need to provide a return address. With our return label, your return will always be sent to the correct address free of charge.

Please make sure that only the return label is visible on the outside and not the label from the original delivery.

When will I receive confirmation of my return?

After we receive your return, we will check what you sent back. Please give us up to 3 working days to do this.

Returns outside of Germany

For returns from other countries, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please send the package to the following return address:

If you would like to exchange an item, we ask you to place a new order. The two orders are then processed separately. Your new order will be shipped as soon as we receive payment and we will process your return within 3 business days of receipt.
