Returns (within Germany)

All returns within Germany are free of charge for you.

You can return unworn items within 14 days.

With the return label from the package, your return will always go to the right address.

The credit will be issued within 3 days after we receive your package.

1. Pack the item and stick the return label on the package

Put the items in the package and stick the enclosed return label on the outside of the package. The return shipment is free of charge for you and goes to the right recipient.

2. Submit return

You can drop off the package at DHL parcel shops and packing stations. Please keep the return receipt issued until we confirm your return. Find return stations near you.

3. Refund received

If you see in the tracking that we have received your return, please give us up to 3 days to check and credit it.

How do I get a new return label?

Contact us at support@denimbar.de if you need a new return label.

To which address do I send my package back?

You do not need to provide a return address. With our return label, your return will always go to the right address free of charge.

Please ensure that only the return label is visible on the outside and no longer the label of the original delivery.

When will I receive confirmation of my return?

After we receive your return, we will check what you have sent back. Please give us up to 3 days for this.

Returns (outside Germany)

For returns from other countries, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. You can find more information on this in our cancellation policy
