Instructions on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Murat Tag, Schonhoverstr. 13, 90409 Nuremberg, Germany, support@denimbar.de, Phone: +4915902182158) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website at Cancel Order. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We bear the costs of returning the goods within Germany. For returns from all other countries, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Special Notes

If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement if both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already flowed to us when the withdrawal takes effect, your lender shall succeed to our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you regarding the legal consequences of the withdrawal or the return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you have a right of withdrawal for that as well.

Return Labels

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, free return labels will be provided for your return within Germany. If you use these return labels, the return is free of charge for you. The return label is included with your shipment. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
