Shipping Conditions
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. You can track the progress of your delivery at any time using the tracking number provided. If your order is placed before 12:00 PM, it will generally be shipped on the same day. We ship from Monday to Saturday.

Returns
Returns within Germany are always free of charge. You can use the return label included with your order for this purpose.
For returns from other countries, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
