General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively directed at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Murat Tag, Einzelunternehmen.
The range of goods presented in our online shop at www.denimbar.de does not constitute a binding offer. A purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receipt of your order. In the event that the ordered goods are unavailable, we reserve the right to reject the customer's order and inform them immediately. Any payments already made will be refunded to the customer without delay.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Delivery Conditions
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated product prices. Detailed information regarding any shipping costs can be found within the offers.
We only deliver by mail. Collection of the goods by the customer is unfortunately not possible.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit Card: You provide your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

PayPal, PayPal Express: To pay via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., you must be registered with PayPal, identify yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed.

Sofort by Klarna: To pay via Sofort GmbH, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order.

Google Pay: To pay via Google Ireland Ltd., you must be registered with Google, have the Google Pay function activated, and confirm the payment instruction.

Apple Pay: To pay via Apple Inc., you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have the Apple Pay function activated, and confirm the payment instruction.

Klarna: In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ.), we offer various payment options (e.g., Purchase on Account). Payment is made directly to Klarna. The invoice amount is due 30 days after the goods have been dispatched and the invoice has been received.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
7.1 Statutory Liability for Defects
The statutory liability for defects applies.
7.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
8. Liability
We are always liable without limitation for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents:

In the event of injury to life, limb, or health,

In the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,

In the case of guarantee promises, insofar as agreed, or

Insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is open.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) through slight negligence by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, liability is limited to the damage foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
9. Agreement on the Use of Trusted Shops Buyer Protection
You can protect orders placed with us free of charge up to an order value of 100 EUR via the buyer protection of Trusted Shops AG. The Trusted Shops Buyer Protection terms and conditions apply. If you give your consent, a hash value of your email address, the order number, and the order sum will be transmitted to Trusted Shops.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
